Training on the basic operation of newly-purchased Audioscan instruments is provided by local sales and service representatives. If you need further help using your Audioscan instrument at any time:

Extensive self-testing each time power is turned on catches potential problems before they impact your results.

Within the USA and Canada, we provide free shipment by overnight courier of all parts replaced under warranty to minimize your down time. Because the parts most likely to fail are user-replaceable, in most cases you will be operational within one business day.
